In today’s video we take a closer look onto Atomic Heart and some of its available gameplay footage online.

Right off the bat, the Atomic Heart looks gorgeous, we still do not know when Atomic Heart will release for sure but speculations online lead to Atomic Heart being released somewhere between Q3/Q4 on 2022.

Atomic Heart is being developed by a Russian game studio named Mundfish, and since Atomic Heart is a Russian game, the ongoing war in Ukraine is a major concern for gamers and fans of the game, this could lead to a huge impact on the sales of Atomic Heart, we’ll have to wait and see.

Atomic Heart adds more immersion and realism to itself by having us use two types of combat, one being a shooter type where we’ll get to craft and find long-ranged weapons throughout the game, and the 2nd type is melee combat.

Atomic heart showed a lot of awesome looking melee weapons in the few gameplay footages that we have online, one that caught my attention in Atomic Heart was the mace with the spinning blades on top of it.

The melee weapons looked like they can cause a lot of damage to enemies in the game but as far as I can see in the few fight scenes online, they aren’t doing a good job at delivering more to the feel they give when equipped.

Atomic Heart is also supposed to launch with multiplayer elements, Mundfish stated on their website that Atomic Heart will have a special region of the map reserved for PvP battles.

Atomic Heart will also include a co-op mode for players to go through the campaign with a friend which in my opinion would be a lot cooler than the PvP concept that Mundfish are trying to include.

Atomic Heart will release for all the major platforms, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.

Pre-orders for Atomic Heart still have not gone live, but you can add the game to your wish list on Steam for the meantime.
