Fable 4 – officially just called Fable – has entered development and right now, it’s undoubtedly one of the most highly-anticipated upcoming Xbox exclusives. Microsoft announced the game back in 2020, confirming months of rumors about a new installment in the fantasy RPG series.

The director of Xbox Game Studios, Matt Booty, may be beginning to be known to fans. In a lengthy interview at PAX West, the boss discussed a variety of ongoing projects. Details regarding the long-awaited Fable relaunch is the topic of the most recent news.

But Booty says the relaunch is in good hands (via Gamesradar). The first installment of the popular RPG series Fable, which was created by Lionhead Studios and released on the original Xbox, is getting a reboot from a studio better renowned for a completely unrelated genre.
