Step 1) Put -d3d11 or -dx11 to the launch options
Step 2) Verify the game files
Step 3) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 10) Update your Windows
Step 11) Disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 12) Launch the game in Windowed mode, lower down graphics settings
Step 13) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive
