Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn is a new open world RPG game shown in the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase 2022. Developed by A44 Games the creators of the soulslike Ashen game. The gameplay features flintlock pistols and magic-fueled combat. In this gameplay reveal trailer we see Flintlocks dark souls like boss battles and how your companion helps you move through the open world environment and defeat enemies across Flintlock’s vast battlefields. It seems the combat has a focus on combo abilities with your companion Enki. Flintlock gives off heavy Greedfall or New World vibes with its combination of melee, magic, and muskets. Flintlock release date is set for 2023 after a delay from 2022. It’s due to be released on Xbox game pass, PS5 and PC.
