Starfield is the first major game to be released by Bethesda Game Studios since the company was acquired by Xbox. It’s also their first game since the disaster that was Fallout 76. As a result, lots of eyes are on Starfield as fans of their former games wait to see if Bethesda can deliver the kind of rich, quality RPG experience that they crave.
Bethesda delayed Starfield into the first half of 2023 despite previously being confident in their November 2022 release date. Does this delay mean that the game is in trouble? Will it be the “next Cyberpunk,” as many news outlets are quoting? This is the question we’ll address in this final part of our Starfield deep dive.
