The tenth quest, Blindsighted, will take you to hunt down Mercer.
Travel to Irkngthand and get inside. Talk with Karliah and find your way through the dwarven ruin areas. In this video, I have max Sneak with best perks for it, so I can sneak my way without much fight. Otherwise, you will most likely have some hard time with the Falmer, Centurion Spheres and the Dwarven Centurion (or maybe not). Either way, once you reach the Irkngthand Sanctuary, you will have to kill Mercer to get the Skeleton Key from him. The place will be flooded with water and you’ll have to escape through the collapsing roof, once the water is high enough.
Nightingale Bow will be acquired at the end of this quest. The bow is at the same level with Glass Bow, altho the stats are great for it. At max level the effects will be 30 points of frost damage (also slows down the enemy by 50% for 3 seconds) and 15 points of shock damage.
NOTE: The stats of the bow are dependent on the level you are when you get it (5 versions). The levels for versions are 1-18, 19-26, 27-35, 36-45 and 46+.
