Now and then I fire up the Solium Infernum demo and learn some new things about the game’s intricate design (I’m still considering a purchase and maybe getting into the multiplayer scene, where all the real fun is).

This video shows unit customization – including level-ups, manually designed buff cards and the assignment of Praetors (essentially generals with combat enhancing abilities); as well as a tiny bit of the byzantine political scheming which is the undead heart and lost soul of Solium Infernum’s strategical gameplay.
