My Summer Game Fest reaction is a bit mixed to be honest. With strong announcements like The Last of Us Remake from Naughty Dog and surprises like the Aliens Dark Descent gameplay reveal. I also thought the Witchfire gameplay trailer was solid.

But the complete absence of a God of War Ragnarok release date announcement or the rumored Elden Ring DLC reveal left many of us disappointed. Sonic Frontiers was also heavily included in the marketing and was nowhere to be seen. It was also good to finally see some Callisto Protocol gameplay during the showcase. The other major reveal was finally seeing a look at Modern Warfare 2 gameplay during the show.
