Last we heard, the Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic Remake was effectively in stasis. After two years at Aspyr Media, the vertical slice they showed to PlayStation and Lucasfilm did not make the cut. Now, after some impressive moves from Embracer, they have said that one of their AAA projects is switching developers. Based off the reporting, it’s safe to insinuate this AAA project is none other than our beloved remake. The twist, however, is that Embracer is claiming there will be zero delays to the product. Mix that in with their comments on showing off the game soon and an upcoming Disney Games Showcase, and we have a mighty perplexing situation developing here.
